off topic but i just received and installed my hood dampers today...

it's funny that the 1st gen G never had them even though they're a luxury car...but my '98 maxima did...go figure?

 

^Looks great Ted. I've been wanting to do this for a while, but coupe hoods are so finicky I'm worried about messing up the alignment.

it's actually a really easy install...and only requires unbolting one bolt from the bracket that connects to the hood so your alignment shouldn't be thrown off at all...

 

Looks good! I have been planning to buy those as well, but it seems my BMW keeps getting all my money!!! I just spent over $500 on tires for it, so again, mods for the G will have to wait...

Photoshoot on site with or without models. My Best friend Oliver is a photographer with a very high quality SLR Camera and will be shooting. I spoke with him and he is willing to even photoshop as needed for desired effect.
(models are possible, awaiting information)

We are also planning to go eat afterwards to discuss how big our..umm, horsepower numbers are. (place is TBD, so any ideas? I thought Dave and Buster's would work!)

Spoke with Jeff this morning, and if everyone is still commited then great, nothing is needed and we just show up on May 9th. Now I have to stress if someone is going to change their mind and will be unable to attend, please let me know asap!!!

I'm down with Linking Wizard after. I need to get my tour done! Sounds like a good time.

 

The current list is our reserved spots. They asked for no more than 10, but given the time frame and if we all get in there and help with strapping it down, I think we could get them to get all 12 of us in. BUT, that is just guessing. Jeff at IPS did mention something about us helping and how he wants to keep it to an hour. That means, my guess, if we help out, we can get more cars through.

I guess we will see how it all goes...
