Hey guys,
Probably not the right place to put this but i wanted input from Ohio G owners so here goes....
Being a newer G owner im not really sure where to take mine for service. Input from Cleveland/Akron guys or near by would help a lot. I know that nissan will do most general maint. things cheaper than infiniti so i was thinking of going that route with some things also.
I know of Custom Trim of Amer. in Akron ohio but that would be more for aftermarket modding.
I was thinking of having my Struts replaced all around and i found tirerack has a set for $275 shipped to me, but then i need someplace to install them, because i myself am not sure what the steps need done to replace them.
My local nissan shop quoted me $297 for the front, so to have all four done it would be double that, Just for the install. Custom Trim in akron was only slightly cheaper so that is why i am looking to get some info from other G owners.
thanks!!

I plan on coming down to Cbus for the mini-meet/install but i dont have the struts yet so i wouldnt be able to get that done this weekend. I do have my aramd gasket that i need to get installed and was hopeing to get that done on sunday. I'm added to the list of people coming on sunday with the gasket...

Obviously I'm not from Ohio but may I suggest getting your service done at Nissan, generally half the cost of Infiniti. Brakes and Alignment find an independent shop that does quality work. I know what kinda work stores like Firestone, Big O and Costco do in my area and they'll never see my G35!

+1 for major service @ Nissan dealers vs Infiniti.
This is the 30k service recommendation:

Infiniti charges upwards to $700-800 for all of this. Ironically I went in after doing my own oil/filter, air filter, in cabin filter...and they still wanted 600+ to do the rest...
I LOLed and left...
I haven't done it on my own, but there are very good DIYs for transmission fluid (AT) or oil (MT) along with diff fluid changes. Otherwise just do what you can, take your car to a Nissan dealer, show them what you need and it should be significantly cheaper.
But in any case, I went in for a 30k mi after doing my oil/filter, air
