and if you all start making the rules just be that you have to attend at least 2 meets a year and get a t-shirt, i'm a member by default!

against membership requirements for a few reasons...
logistically it can be a headache...as a club we're spread pretty thin across 2 states and 4 major metro areas....who decides what counts as a meet? if all the cincy guys get together is that a meet?
minimum meeting requirement suck...ppl get busy...like me (i'll be deploying next yr which means i'll be out of pocket for half a yr...it'll be kinda hard for me to make a meet...)
if we're throwing business cards on ppls cars, once they find out that there is a barrier to entry...it might turn some ppl off...
i think the only requirement be that you introduce yourself here...

Matching shirts with T. showed more support than anyone. Now matching shirts with the dog? How does one top that? Not even the rolling billboard!! Ok maybe Club guidelines was a bad idea. Thats the last time I bring up an idea. -- At least for now

id say do something like the chicagozclub had.at HIN..they had shirts made by dorkidori.com with thier club on the back with a g and z on the front..i can contact the owner..ive done bussiness with him in the past and im sure he'll cut is a deal since we're on g35driver
As for my opinion,
Bash and I were talking about it, yes, but I want to make it clear that my stance was like Benny said, Just making it about a club of friends that love our Gs. I asked Bash to post something to see what the concensus would be...and like majority of the opinions, I would agree that it should stay the way it is. Open to everyone, and if they dont show up anymore...well, it was nice to have met them!
