Hello Guys,
Lek and I (and a few other presidents) have been in talks of a National G Club meet after the threads went out of control in the main forums. With nothing settled, we decided to set up our own meet for the east coast.
We tried a few things, ran with some ideas, but in the end, we decided to have a meet this year at the Tail of the Dragon in Tennesee and North Carolina. This meet is titled the 2010 VQ culture meet. These are the dates for the Ohio G Club to vote on. It is intended for us to vote and the results turned back to Lek and overall the best dates will decide what dates the meet at the Tails will be. This meet is replacing the East coast meet for 2010 to serve as a meet to decide what to do for the East Coast meet for 2011.

I hope that more than me can make it. Please vote and share some of your opinions of what you think about an East Coast meet, dates for 2011, locations and events that we can attend, or events to surround our meet with.

 

I voted but it really does not matter to me as long as I have plenty of time to plan for it. It would be awesome to see a bunch of us from different clubs get together. Are the Florida clubs getting involved too?

 

SFL G Club, National G Club and I believe the NYC G Squad is in as well...that is just so far for this meet this year for the planning. Next year, we are making it and planning it in advance so everyone on the east coast can plan it and make it!

 

I don't know my schedule yet for next year, but I'll try to work with whatever if possible.

 

28-29. that would be a great way to start the week of my Bday!!

 

I'm looking forward to a big meet like this. Be nice to meet other people outside the DC Metro Area

 

im not going to vote quite yet,i want to be sure nothing is going on first and my g is running in perf condition,thats quite the drive for me

Pretty much any of the days work for me, but i voted one just to be in the list...

 

Actually Chris, September 4-5 does not work for us... since my birthday is on the 5th... I voted September 18-19 simply b/c that is when I am on break from school... (I dont like to plan too much on the weekends when I know I have class on Monday...

 

Blahhh Sarah. Make it the week of the 28-29 and we can both celebrate our Bdays. Mines the 31.

The National G Club has posted their poll so this is really going to happen. I cant wait!
