Throttle Body Issue Please Help!!

You will need to do the throttle reset. You can get the procedure on the Technosqure website.

Its a common issue cleaning that these get messed up.
I used throttle body cleaner from autozone. we will see. Either way i am having an issue with the throttle body. If it is still messed up I will just buy one.

Ok. so everything is clean. It still does the same thing just a less violent startup

However, I found something interesting. My battery died after attempting to start it several times. Which leads me to believe that due to a low voltage battery (that was enough to get it started) was not strong enough to supplement the time before the car ran on the alternator. We did just have a cold swing so this may be the root cause. I am going to get a new battery tomorrow.

Let me know your guys thoughts or if you have any other ideas.

Sounds like it could be a very good source of your problem. Does it run fine after its on for a few and gives time for the alternator to kick in?

Well that was not it...it still just turns on and does not go to idle.

Well took it somewhere and they found oil comming from the head...not good. So I am going to pull the motor and give it to corey at slomo for a full build...anyone want to donate a turbo kit???
