My Backyard Mods!

So for the past few weeks I have been working in the back yard, adding somethings to spice up the yard. Here is a preview and a link to the rest of the shots of where my money is going instead of the G This year. I will add, with the exception of some help on the shed, I have pretty much done everything myself.

The Shed - first thing done with some help from Ben


The Pergola- All designed by me


The Koi Pond - With a modified planter for a fountain. Only Half Filled.


The Stone Patio- moved every rock by myself too. Needs mortared



And what they all look like together...


Put in the side patio in today. Grilling area. still needs mortared

Man that looks like a very nice & peaceful spot to relax after a long day. All that's missing is a mini-fridge for the beer

I like how you did the stone work and Jeremy you need to put some gold fish in the mini pond lol...one more thing your grass look scary. You need new grass or paint it green like China haha...

Pergola needs moar low, and the fountain could use some 20-25mm spacers to sit more flush

Awesome work in the yard mang, all I have is bo-staff skills...no building/yard planning skills...

Everything looks great! one thing you might consider... Add some small boulders on the inside fo the pond to cover up the liner. I do this for a living btw. If you need to direction PM me.

Its a koi pond. I have about 16 koi fish from 6-15" long...and there is also a ton of goldfish and a few turtles in there already.

Thanks...as stated, I am just an art teacher and paid Killer. The pond isnt filled yet as I was waiting for the wife's approval on the fountain (lower water equals easier to work on!
