TEAM OGC - Coming soon...
It's like having a support team lol...I would imagine that at a show all G's would line up, then Z's, then TEAM OGC would follow with the non G/Z cars. We would probably all register under TEAM OGC for the club awards. This way OGC can stay true to the brand that brought it together and TEAM OGC can keep all of our friends together that have moved on to new vehicles along with bring new quality people/rides in to help in the shows. Am I correct in this Jeremy/Dal/Ben?

Yes, that is what I was thinking. I never wanted to change the name OGC to anything else, I was just looking for a way to expand our club to include some of the higher quality cars/friends that we run into along the way and are looking for a club like ours. Of course, I will take care of running it just like our club.
Ohio G Club
All G series, All Z series and GTRs.
Nothing Changing. The club will remain as it is.
TEAM OGC
All other makes/models that of the same quality of our cars. This includes people like Chad Long and Mark McKee. Both guys are loyal to the club, people that we all enjoy hanging with, and have a quality/tastefully modded ride. This is for events like IFO when we have only 3 Gs show, but have 22 cars show up to park with us.
I can tell you why I have interest in doing this. 1 out of all shows/events so far this year, I have been the only G or less than 3 have showed. I understand that all of you are busy and have schedules. But we are making friends all over and those people are hoping to hang with all of us. They see the OGC as a quality club and want to be a part of it. This is the way to bring others in, expand our friendships and the overall love of the G. It will never be the sole name of our club, as we have all come to know and love it.
OGC FTW...
for everyone who chose unwisely and bought something other than a G/Z/GTR , TEAM OGC.
Does that clear the air? (OP edited as I reread where it could be confusing. Hopefully I spelled it out clearly now. I am sorry for the misconception or misunderstandings)

^I hear you brian...but I love driving my G on road trips! I have actually increase my MPGs on the road to 24.5mpgs!
The road trips are great, even better when not flying solo. Its good to stretch the legs of your G once in a while! ;-)

It's a excellent idea alot of people see how OGC rolls, we only want the best, nice quality individuals to run with. This whole classy people thing will definatly have to be revisited with Chris he was lookin "Straight Gangsta" this past weekend
Gangsta? I don't think I've ever seen a "gangsta" wear their bandana all the way down to their eyebrows...
Though I could see how the bandana might remind you of the comforts of your turban... *cough* terrorist *cough*

I am not starting another forum as TEAM OGC wont be on our forums as they dont have G/Z/GTR vehicles.
This secondary club doesnt matter to any OGC member as it doesnt apply to them. This only matters to those without a G/Z/GTR. Those people I deal with mostly anyways. The only time that TEAM OGC becomes an issue is really at Car shows...Mainly when we seek to get a Team Attendance Trophy.
I will deal with it most of the time...
So, here it is again. TEAM OGC doesnt apply to the Ohio G Club members, nor do you have to worry about it much. If you dont show your car, dont worry about it. If you dont hang out on a weekly basis, dont worry about it. I only wish to use the name when our friends, with quality cars, seek to show with us. If they want to develop the club into a full blown club like the OGC, I will gladly run it as well.
