winter beater: 1986 crx, swapped, 4 wheel discs....$750

Well my g/f just bought a new car and is getting rid of this beast. It is a 1986 CRX with a d16a1 88-89 integra motor swap and 4 wheel disc brake/suspension swap. Thing is very peppy and stops great. Starts every time. Tires are good.
Power steering fluid leaks slowly because a rubber hose needs to be replaced. To lazy to fix. it needs to be topped off 1-2 times a week. No other leaks what so ever. Motor starts to over heat in traffic, i believe the thermostat needs to be replaced. I will fix these problems if you want for extra $$$.
No radio, vehicle is 5spd. Clutch grabs great. Recent oil/filter change. Car has some rust. Its def not a show car but gets from A-B excellently.
Rear left suspension sags a little bit, car has been driven for 6-7 months with out problems. Driver side window does not roll up completely with the handle, must be assisted when about 1inch from top. Vehicle now has black/grey seat covers.
