FS: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG 33k mi. black/PANO (Warranty till 6/2013 or 82k)

So the job I am taking will require me to have back seats since I will have clients in the car at times. Therefore, I need back seats... I would entertain a trade for an 06-07 WHITE Hummer H3 plus a bunch of cash.

03 SL55 AMG, has p1 options, PANO, nav, heated seating, and the optional 18" sport wheels (kind of look like the black series wheels). 33k miles. FIDELITY Platinum Warranty which is pretty much comprehensive, and as good as the factory warranty. EVERY MERCEDES DEALER TAKES THIS! Warranty till 6/2013 or 82k miles! Car also has SL63 Lip Spoiler.. definitely made it look so much better, not pictured in the pics below except for the 1 pic from the rear.

Car has never had mods, only a CM030 pump which helps out the cooling of the car and k&n air filters, which definitely allow you to hear the intake a bit more.

Brakes have 75% tread.
Tires have 80% tread - Pirelli PZeros

2 Prices with the car:

$39,900 with warranty

$37,700 without warranty. No I won't lower price with warranty because I can give it back for a prorated amount.

Check ebay/autotrader/cars no black SL55s in this range besides 2.. and they have no warranty, which is pretty expensive - these cars have more miles. and I will guarantee not as clean and will not have the maintenance mine has (newer tires, brakes, and next service B is due in 8000 miles)

Have a few pics:

05/27/09 ATLANTA Regular $37,000 27,186 Above SILVER 8G A Yes

My car is PRIVATE OWNED.. not some auction junk. Has great tires, great brakes... a brake job on this car is almost $2k at mercedes. Next service isn't due for another 8k miles, and has a 4 yr warranty.. just to let you know a supercharger clutch for this car is around 3-4k ALONE.

And i posted it here for exposure.. I have a few people interested on mbworld and 6speedonline and its been up for 2 days.

Do me a favor.. go on autotrader/cars.com/ebay and pull up black SL55s (2003+) with under 35k miles for my price with a 4 yr warranty. Also ones that don't need tires/brakes/service.. and are CLEAN nice cars. This is a local North NJ car its whole life.

Guess what? There are 2 which i already stated in the ad. 2 cars! NO WARRANTY you don't own this car without one.

You can try to sell it for whatever you want, I was just trying to help. It will not sell on here though. For what you are asking, someone could get a 2008 500 hp twin turbo G37.

1) I was already offered $35k on 6speedonline.. u can go see.

2)I don't think it will sell on here, word of mouth though, and exposure is my intent here.

3)A 2008 Twin turbo G37... nice car.. but totally different then this car..this is a convertible 2 seater. That is a coupe with backseats and a heavily modded vehicle.

What a wonderful detective you are my 'boi'.

I traded the car in.. and used a wonderful black 2004 Lincoln Aviator. My fiance is/has been the primary driver of that car for some time. I also switched jobs right there after but am taking the same duties back again. That 07 350z was a very fun car, but a slouch compared to the SL55.. in its own right.

And overpriced the 350z was? I traded it in for $21,500 - parted out the aftermarket stuff for over $750 -- And the tax savings I saved by trading it to a dealer pretty much equals my starting asking price. Keep in mind this was January 08! An 07 HR 350z with 8k miles was certainly worth low 20s. That a year and a 1/2 ago.

My year, 2003. Any other year would be comparing apples to oranges.. kind of like actual real world auction numbers to kbb. There are not many SL55s that sell at auction.. there are only like 5-6 that pop up for the last 2-3 months.
