I've been here since I was a little girl... pero ang mga magulang ko, kinakausap kami ng Tagalog sa bahay. Minsan kung hindi ko sinasalita, nawawala ang Tagalog ko. How's that? HAHAHAHA!
Tapos minsan, nanonood ako ng sine na Tagalog para hindo ko makalimutan ang aking pinakatunay na salita. Matagal an ako dito, mahigit ng20 taon.

wow! ang lalim nyan day! good job! i really like pinoy/pinay's that really try to speak the language. coz some people that go over here feels that their all that! feeling puti!

I'm still called a coconut or a banana by some of my Pinoy & Pinay friends. Kasi hindi na magkasama ang mga magulang ko, divorce sila. Nag-asawa uli ang Nanay ko at ang kanyang asawa ay puti. Lumaki kami sa lugar na masmadami ang mga puting tao. Minsan, akon lang and Asian/Pacific Islander/Pinay in the classroom... talagang punong puti ang mga eskuwela ko. Pero hindi ko makalimutan and pinangalingan namin. Pinay ako sa puso miski na hindi na ako nakatira sa bansa natin. Alam ko na meron diyan na mga Pinoy/Pinay na gusto nilang maging puti sila, pero hindi nila matatangal ang kanilang pinangalingan.
