^^ Thanks guys. He's been in remission now for about 2 months, we're counting the days 1 by 1. He's strong and stubborn, talagang tunay na Pilipino, matapang at matigas ang ulo. 
Lumalaban siya sa cancer. Natatalo ang cancer.

First off let me say I am very proud of my heritage, but unfortunately I am not well versed in our native tongue. So please excuse me if I don't understand some of the post or reply to some of these post that are written in Tagalog.
Anyways, G-Girl my dad was diagnosed w/Stage 4 lung cancer and was only given less than two months to live. Needless to say, he lived for a year and two months. And that was 14 months of normal living (he still exercised everyday and still went on vacations.)
Yes, cancer is beatable, especially to those Hard Headed Filipino's like my dad.
Keep positive thoughts and well wishes to you and your familia.
