Can anyone recommend a good garage in the area that works on G's. (honest, good skills/techncians and fairly priced).

 

HI guys, I thought if anyone can help me with my 2007 g35, my cars low fuel light is not coming on even the fuel gauge goes all the way below E,

 

​​​​​​It could be just a blown led on the dash or an issue with the sending unit. Don't worry about it.. electrical gremlins are common on older g's. For exact fuel levels plug a reader into the OBD II port if you wish.

 

Turn your key to the ON position and see if the low fuel level indicator turns on during the lamp test. You can also put the instrument cluster into diagnostic mode to make sure everything is functional.

 

I tried it shows all lights fuel gauge went little high as there is fuel, how to put Cluster into diagnostic mode ?

The lights came on but then went off only check engine and break light stayed on

 

Correct, some of the lights will only turn on momentarily, if the low fuel light turned on then it's working.

Diagnostic mode is in the FSM, section MWI - Meter, Warning, Indicators.
