Hell yeah! thats exactly what i was thinking. Sorry to see this happen to you man...but as always, its good to see youre doing ok. I think you should look into some legal action against the trucking company....i'm betting ur back has got a few knots in it

take care.

Glad you were not seriously hurt..........

Lets see trucking company should replace your coupe
and put you back on the street with about 20K in your
pocket......if you have a good lawyer! It kills me to
see our cars f*cked up like that, I mean it really hurts!

This is Kyosho posting under my friend's name

Tinman: the first time i was half at fault and it was just a repair.. not a replacement

I did see the truck coming at me in my rearview a good second before it hit me. I didn't have any time to react at all and there was nothing I could have done anyway. It hit me at about 40~50mph I'm guessing... obviously enough momentum to send me into the car in front and for that car to hit yet another car in front of him. You can already see in the pics that the semi had almost zero damage, and the chevy truck in front of me only had a dent on its trunk. Yes my car held up pretty well but it was still crushed like a jdm soda can. I'll be getting money from insurance and I'm also planning to take legal action. I did get slightly injured during the impact. Taking care of everything for now... not thinking about a new car just yet

P.S. My rims are salvageable. I'll be going to the yard to take them off soon... the tow hook didn't leave much of a marking on the rim either (to my surprise). I'll have them carefully inspected and then they'll probably go up for sale soon
