Question red grille?

So today I dipped my badges. How do you guys feel about me dipping the grille red and leaving the front emblem black?

Negatory on dipping the grille red, black or nothin'. Clear corners for sure though. Looks good!

Thanks. What about the other way around (black grille and red emblem)? I've seen a picture the grille itself like that, but not on a LR coupe yet. I wonder how it would look.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the red Plasti-Dip, it looks really "primary" and sort of faded compared to the LR paint. If i were you i would go with a black chrome vinyl like this

http://www.alsacorp.com/alsa_film/ec...ck_chrome.html

I plan on doing all my interior trim with it, and it is relatively cheap.

That's really interesting, I'd definitely like to see it after doing your interior. I don't really like chrome (which is why I'm looking at these other options) but this may be a good option for wrapping just the roof.

I definitely want the red to match my LR paint so I guess I'll stay away from dipping it red. If the chrome grille bothers me enough I'll just dip it black.
