paint the grill black and delete the emblem, or the UTR grill and powdercoat the center of the wheels black and you, me and vodka have the hottest IP sedans.

I just told my shop that i wanted it painted gloss black. It came at excellent and that's all that matters to me.

Ok, I downloaded PS and altered the car. Wat you think?

Thinks done:

1. Lowered
2. Black roof
3. Blacked out grill and left logo chrome
4. Added white strips down the edges of hood.

I tried PSing the wheels to look like gunmetal, but was unable to get the look that I was wanting.

 

I agree it doesnt work for me. and i wouldnt paint the roof black either.

 

black grill
white stock hood (unless that hump is for a supercharger)
white roof
color matched door handles
lower the hell out of it

 

That hump is for a supercharger.

So, since it is staying, how does the above PS look?

I'll try to color match the door handles and see what happens. But I do like the chrome on it.

 

color matched handles give it an edge to those "in the know"
Hood with the white sides and roof look bad a$$ -
add in gloss black wheels with a chrome lip.
Stance looks good.
Change the grill - don't know to what, but not factory

 

If one more IP sedan gets its roof painted black, I'm painting mine back to white!

Honestly, the main thing your car needs to look more aggressive is a set of wider wheels (I don't even know how your rear 8.5's can handle all the power you're making), and running a 9.5" rim in the rear will certainly help to achieve a more pronounced stance.

As for the CF hood, I'd paint everything IP BUT the sides of the humps (I can PS this later if you don't understand).

sides of the humps? Its hard to imagine... wouldnt that look like stretch marks on fat people? eww...

 

Da, me no undertand... Go ahead and paint yours white, is that supposed to influence me in some way to leave mine alone? I don't know who did it first or last, but when a sedan is limited in its look (****ty body kits on the market), then I would like to do what I can. It's like me saying, next IP that gets a STILLEN SC, I'm gonna take mine off. But then again, I don't live in CA.


As far as the 8.5, your right, I don't have any traction in first gear what so ever.
