Pic Request: Picture of the Bottom (inside) of the Seibon TS Style Hood Please

i want to see if i can have someone fabricate a rain guard for this. i know the authentic top secret hood comes with one. yes, i know the rain will not hurt my car unless it somehow gets sucked up through the intake. this isnt what i am worried about. but id like my engine bay to stay as clean as possible. and with those open vents, i'm sure that it is more vulnerable to dirt.

so please post pics of the bottom of your seibon ts hood so i can show them to a friend...who will hopefully be able to custom make me a rain guard.

thanks in advance.

You should go on my350z and ask for pictures of the underside of a 350z TS hood, it comes with rain guards so it should give you a good idea.

are you talking about the 350z ts style hood made by seibon? or the actual ts hood made by top secret?

thats definitely a possibility. much more likely than him throwing away his rain guards

why? They aren't "needed" and if anything block heat from escaping the engine bay. I think they are a waste in most cases.

I guess people just can't understand. The covers are not a waste.Has any one ever heard of pouring rain over night.Like last night in L.A.Not allways will a car be in a garage or driving while it is raining. If someone had an open filter with a vented hood ,it sure would have gotten water logged while parked.Removing or installing the covers does not take long.On a rainy day I am not worried about venting the engine. Most times when it is raining it is cold outside anyways.

Good Luck, Calvin
