nice.. I don't know much bout these lugs but do they come with locks as well and do they have regular or extended versions?

these only come in r40. no r26 version of these is available.

yes, these come with locks. unlike the normal black r40's. so actually, with locks and all, these (neochros) are cheaper than the normal r40s.
