O NO- That garage is insane!! A lift in a garage in a residential neighborhood...wow! I don't think my home owner's association will let me do that...

Take care
Thanks, we'll be there for a while cuz it's in a nice & safe area... plus, housing costs here in Los Angeles suck so we were lucky with this one. I just visited my cousin in Sugarland, TX last week and DAMN, the houses there are nice and about 1/3 the price of L.A. houses and have a huge front/back yards!

Yes, the floor is very easy to clean.... just wipe the mess right off. It's also got a 7 year warranty which is great.

Damn, a garage with a lift... that's hard core... plus, all my friends would be buggin' the hell out of me. Heck, if I had a friend that had one, I would be there all the time.

As for a fridge for beer, maybe later on. I have my Craftsman tool chest inside the cabinets hidden away, but my friends say keep it outside to show it off. I like it hidden away personally....

Thanks for all the positive comments!

Nice garage............!

Wow, that's a nice garage! Unlike most folks I'll bet you even keep your G
in there too. I live in a nice area but on my block I'm the only one that
keeps both his cars in the garage......most are floor to ceiling with stuff they
need to throw away but for some reason can't......sickness prevails!

They gave them to me when I went to pick up my Top Secret CF Hood at Bulletproof Automotive in Gardena, CA. You can order them online as well.

I'm not sure if they still have the other poster though....

Thanks, and yeah, the wife also keeps her civic in there as well. I ask her if she wants me to fix up her civic. I even got her a Pioneer retractable nav/tv monitor and dvd player for her birthday last year, installed it, and she acted like she liked it, but I new she really wanted to have her stock oem radio/cd player back.... so I sold the pioneer for $500 even though it was originally $1100 when it first came out.... Oh well, more money for the new home mortgage and g35...

Valencia, wow, that is a nice area.... I'd move up there, but my work is down here. Someday I'll have a house with front/back yards, but for now, this is cool with us for a while....

I've also seen people with TONS of stuff in their garage that they probably don't even need. Too much clutter just bugs the hell outta me... bad feng shui I tell ya.

Thanks again,

john / speedraver

perfect..i wanted to make sure you werent using the rust oleum...they tend to peel and flake off due to the long term exposed heat from the tires. I will indeed check these guys out to do my garage too. Thanks!

Hey Speed - Your garage is neat and clean. If you ever go hardcore this is what you might expect on the weekends .....
Or pull down the shades and make like your not home..... lol
Oh, and everyone brought alittle something and then we lit up the grill....

BTW that is marchesano aka Adam's pad out in Pa. That's his whip on the bottom.
