Yea but when you think about it if I really broke the guys back windshield he knows where my house is, and my ride would never be safe for future vandalism. What I woulda done is follow him, get the license number then call the cops, tell them he was vandalizing my car, when I approached him he threatened me and shook "WHAT SEEMED" like a gun. This way you will get rapid police assistance. You are not falsifying anything either, because to you it seemed like a gun. Gotta get the help from the fuzz!!!
