Dude, I just asked a question, people have tried this before and the lighting has always turned out differently from the inner and outer circles due to the outer ring not having the molded reflectors like the inner ring, your inner and outer rings are lit exactly the same, which if its true then its really great looking. Your rings are also the same size while the stock outer rings are smaller, so if you found a way to address this like in your pics, then a DIY would help us all out. I didn't accuse you of anything, it just looks like a photoshop from the light patterning on both sets of lights being identical with flares and shadows on both sets of rings being the exact same.

off ebay there is a company from hong kong that is where I have gotten all of my leds and they are awsome the company name is warden_ip2002 and the bulbs are the (2pcs T10 W5W Wide Angle 6 LED (Xenon White) Wedge Bulb)
shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks just depending on where you are at so dont be in a rush to get them they are top notch quality nothing like in the states

i did something similar like this, however i havent had the chance to compare with the stock circle, my outer circles rings are lit up amber though.
