After my last oil change:

High performance 5/8"-18 drain plug with allen head.

Ripped the threads out of the aluminum oil pan. The supplied plug is an M14, so there arn't many options.

Hopefully I'll have a new oil pan by the end of next week!

The 5/8" plug is quite a bit bigger then the 14mm plug that was in there.

It would be more meaningful had you been here for the 1.5 days I spent messing with this damn thing to find the 5/8" fine thread allen head bolt and then to make a gasket for it, let alone drilling and tapping it straight in the aluminum. It's been a pain in my ***!

Do the rain dance and hope for diamonds heh. I'll be doing the project when people are actually serious about it.

i would be interested in the fog holders if they had a mesh and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
