Well all my fellow 05-06 sedan'ers, here it is... FINALLY we get a new bumper!!! The bumper was made by AutoExplosion in Gardena, CA. It was all made possible by Viet, aka: Rookie, here on the boards (Widebody, TT FX35) I told him that if a bumper was made for us, it would sell and they'd get the front cost back easily in a short period of time. For the first couple months, were going to keep the bumpers local to SoCal, you'll have to go to AutoExplosion to get the bumper painted and put on (this is our debt to AE for making it happen and actually producing the bumper) After that, we'll see how branching out works.

If you're interested in getting this bumper, PM me, damineG35 or Rookie himself and we'll get you all the info. There is no set price as of yet, that will be determined by Rookie.

Looks great Grant. Finally something to set all the 05/06s aside from each other. I think this is going to sell like crazy.

Can't wait to see a full kit. If you have any say, don't let them go to wild on the sides/rear. Keep the lines straight or with a slight curve.

I like it better with the ebay grille vs. oem.

two questions:
1) is this made out of urethane, or high-quality fiberglass?
2) are side-skirts going to be produced, and if so, when will they be available?EDIT: question number two was already answered by Grant...thanks!

 

i'm coming down in november for a wedding. might be interested in getting this. when will pricing be figured out?

 

Bumper is made of Fiberglass for now. Sideskirts are in the works.

Looks even better in person. Ive always love the KurumaZ front kit on the coupe, it looks just as good if not better on the sedan. Great pics as always Grant

 

yeah i'd been wanting a kurumaZ style bumper too. i dunno if i can manage with the bumper being 1" lower driving around oakland and SF...
