G35cuzz- the car is Andy's from Performance Nissan of Duarte, CA. That car looks nothing like that anymore haha! It's gone through at least 2 full changes including a color change to Nogaro Red. Bad azz car though...

Take care

I just put on a set of Rays, extended red ones last night but don't like how they are not the same red as my brakes so it's time to sell them and go back to the drawing board. Maybe the black ones instead...

I wouldn't go with ANY set of Rays Duralumin lugs. I've never seen a set that hasn't had the color fade/scratched within a few months because they are anodized aluminum. They're also more likely to strip. The only positive is that they're very lightweight, IMO.

Wouldn't the fear of stripping be the same for the Project Kics too?

Also, all the other red/blue ones are also anodized (work, etc) aren't' they?

Any anodized will fade with UV exposure but from what I have seen the red and blue are a lot more obvious. I put a couple coats of clear mine to help extend their color life.

the McGard I use have held up really well - no signs of fade at all... they call the color black chrome - but its just a high gloss reflective black - has a deep clear coat (probably why they have been durable).

Granted, the car doesn’t spend much time out in the sun - but the wheels have been on & off numerous times and they have held up nicely. I highly recommend them.

I also wouldn't recommend Work lugs for the exact same reason.

If I'm not mistaken, Project Kics lugs are steel.

Do you have a wheel lock on your rear wheel but not your front?
