I completely agree, an enclosed intake would be better... but I like the ARC setup I have and honestly don't want to change it up just yet. The ducting was made to get some cool air from outside the engine bay into the air intake area. While it seems to be working as planned, we'll be testing temps to get some actual results at one of the upcoming track days.

Looks sweet, makes the car look so much more track ready !

Unfortunately, it's been done on the Falken Drift G35, but they did it with the 03-05 headlights.

Nice!
This G is getting more serious each day.

Oh, don't you sell ARC products anymore?

Currently we're only bringing in parts from Japan for friends/vendors. Since the economy is slow, we're not taking any special orders, and instead we've decided to focus on a few of our own projects right now.

Nothing new parts wise... but I'm heading to Japan next week, so I'm sure I'll be coming home with something worth posting

We've been working on a couple of personal projects the past few weeks, now that everything's just about wrapped up we'll be finishing up the projects and parts that were put on hold. I'm really looking forward to getting out more product.

You should make a new undertray instead of that cheap plastic one.

Hey Zack, are you doing a full NA motor build? I'm glad you are taking the track route. There's aren't enough G's that built into serious track monsters.

The motor we'll be building for my car will be an NA build, and the old motor will probably get built for a turbo setup of some kind. Like a lot of others have said, an NA build is pretty pricey, and the power gains are much harder to achieve over an FI setup - for the track though, I'm leaning towards NA for the reliability and hopefully lack of headaches that potentially come with running a boosted car around the track. We'll see how it turns out... we're starting the build when I get back from Japan.
