Started a new project, working on a differential cooler. I have the pump and cooler mounted, but unfortunately the fittings needed for the differential housing are back ordered... so I have to wait to finish install. All hoses will be Earl's braided, Earl's fittings, and the pump will have an on/off switch along with a temp switch, so it will only work when the diff fluid is hot enough - and I'll have the option of only running it on the track.

The cooler is enclosed in an aluminum case to protect it from rocks and road debris, and the front of the cooler is covered with a metal mesh.

I'll post up more pics and video once it's finished

Side view - the cooler sits higher than the exhaust, so scraping it shouldn't be an issue.

A couple parts for the 240 just got here... I've been wanting this for a while, finally ordered it. Tomei Expreme Turbo Manifold kit Got a Greddy catch can, and a couple other smaller misc parts as well.

 

Damn!! Tomei!!! That is one FINE LOOKING turbo manifold!!

Are you going to install it tonight?

 

Heh, I wish I could... have to wait till next Saturday, I'll be out of town this weekend unfortunately.
