yea i believe so, to be honest some A** Hole kid hit me the first two weeks i had the car, had to do some major repars so i bought the lip off ebay (i used to own an s2000 and have gone thought numerious lips at hundreds of dollars so i decided to get the rep and go the cheaper route) and also had him throw the springs in... didnt charge me to put the springs or paint the lip
