really nice rides, but one complaint i have with stretched tires is the fact that road debris has near killed my rims, rock chips all over the lip of the rim...

but these rides do look nice

Royal_T those are sick, your car is so subtle yet the wheels make is super aggressive.

Are you getting the same amount of praise on my350z?

so since most of us east coasters arent into the stretched scene, ive got some newbie questions...

for a 9.5 and 10.5-11 wheel, what would be a mild stretched tire size? (yes i know tire brands are diff but an average would be nice) i drive pretty hard so its still hard for me to think about going to less rubber but i do like the tucked look. so if i was going with a 20x9.5/10.5-11 setup, i would think maybe 235/30/20 and 265/30/20?

also how do these types of setups affect your speedometer settings? usually as long as you stay within 3% of overall stock height you dont have problems. personally ive always been within 1% when i change from stock.

how hard are the people with these setups driving? i know this look is popular in the drift scene but is it practical for spirited street driving? here in fl we mostly have long stretches but i usually push it around corners when i can.

the ones u listed are a pretty nice stretch
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalcold.html

use that to see exactly how much it will be off

and seeing that you wont be THAT stretched you're fine on the streets, just avoid potholes at ALL times, basically drive slow and you will get to know your streets

its not that tedious, you get used to it
