True story.. I just was responding to the quote about people being slammed in pics and not really driving low. To me that is lame, but I'm pretty sure all those pics of VW's slammed, do drive their car low like that.Originally Posted by waijai
Just cuz you're on bags doesn't mean you drive 4x4 and only dumpt when parked.

one more ? - im looking at 15mm spacers for my oem 19s, is it better to get separate longer studs or built-in? is there really a difference? thanks in advance.

^^Good question. I don't really know the difference between the two. Do you think you will need longer studs? I need to get some longer studs to be safe.

Anything over 5mm while need longer studs. Lyndon, I would get the separated kind because from what I've gathered it's the safer way for your hub. I'm looking to get 10mm spacer for the rear so I've been researching for a lil bit now.Originally Posted by Royal_T

true i was leaning towards 15mm with extended studs. it just means i have to find a shop to replace my studs rather than being able to put them on myself doh.

Do you'll know any good sites that sell some studs, since you guys have been doing your research

Coz at CZP has all of them, the main difference is the longer press in studs will work with any wheel the bolt on will not. You wheel needs to have a cavity offset to the lug hole on the rear of the mounting surface, the factory wheels do lyndon, so you can use the bolt on style.
