Falken 452 stretch well, meaning they mount on easily for stretching and they look decent, but not favored for VIP platforms, mostly because of load, on 30 series. regardless, any stretch will have to be looked at regularly.

I hated my Falken 452s with a PASSSSION!!!!! bubbled up the 2nd day i had them, They could not handle my camber up front and were not worth a dime.

I had a similar problem with them also. I love how they stretch, but the bubble's and the tire wear killed me.

How many miles did you get on the rears? I'm running 275/30/20 and i got like 13K out of my last set of rears. All normal driving too. Never did any crazy burnouts or drove aggressive on them.

I'm slightly stretching Falken452 245-30/275-30 on my 9.5/10.5, no problem whatsoever. I may want to change to Toyo's 225-35/255-35 for a true stretch when I decide to add spacers.

Im running Toyo Proxes4. Im about to switch out to the T1r's soon.
Ever since i got picked up by Toyo. Ive only changed my tires out once a year. So the tire wear with Toyo's are badass.

T1R stretch well and they are true to size. Regardless of claims on performance, they look and wear down well for stretched setups. T1Rs dont make anything smaller than 245. So Proxes 4 is my setup front and rear 225, 245. Harder to stretch, than T1Rs, so if you're planning to mount a 245 on a 11, u have to have someone who knows how to position the tire when mounting with a bead seater (a cheetah).. Falkens 452, Sdrives, and Federals are other popular tires for stretching because they mount much easier, being slightly larger than Toyos.

Hope this helps explains teh difference.

and Robzone, we know how 452s fail.

So the best is Toyo, but the T1Rs don't come in 225, so next would be the Proxes... I might try them next.

Does any one know were you can get one of those bead seater (cheetah)?
