i'm trying to get my front bumper to this actual height in the pic below, i need another inch, so would dropping from 35 series to 30 give me like half inch to an inch maybe ? i already maxed out on coils, if i adjust any lower the fender would be rubbing in the lip over dips
i'm thinking from 255/35 down to 235/30

Adon, I think a 235/35 up front and 275/35 rear (or even 265/30) would give you the drop you need, elinimate rubbing, and still be a decent stretch.

Blain,

if I were to run 19x10 +20 all around, would a 245/35 meet my needs? Remember, I am not completely slammed (.5 finger gap max all around) and natural camber up front (no arms like in the rear).

What front fender work would be needed? I cannot ride full stiff due to kiddos.

oh...and to stay true to a pic thread.....

The front being so wide would change handling. The stocks are so thin that it really wouldn't make a difference. Also keep in mind, even on the 18" non staggered wheels, the tires are staggered 20mm (225/245)

What would you run in the rear?

Look at it like this, this is equal to +17 on a 10. Totally stock front fender.

I'd run a little more stretch than the 245 (235) and you'll need a phone book pull or a moderate pull to clear the fender and not rub on turns.

But that offset wouldn't be an issue.

I would run a square set up front to back. So 235/35 front and rear along with phonebook pull up front?

Depends how much natural camber your car pulled when you lowered it, everyones seems to be different...

You'd probably be fine just pinching the front fenders and letting the camber go.

Levon was running 10.5 with a 235/30 and 0 offset and he was pinched flat with a really light pull I believe, but his camber was like -5... so add 15mm in lessened camber to that and then the 6mm to convert to a 10" wide wheel.

I started thinking out loud writing that lol

Yea you'll be fine with a +20. If you're going square though, I'd run a 245/35 all around.

Yeah I had my fenders pinched with the fender finisher. It gave it a slight pull on its own. Camber was at -5.5. I actually was tucking too with that fender by about 10mm. My other fender that had a roll was more flush but wasn't as even.
