Lol, I was dreading going to work today because of the 12 or 14 speed bumps I have to go over in the parking structure. Got stuck on every single one of them. Thank goodness there was parking so I didn't have to go back down....and then back up again when space clears up.

I really don't get how some people drive like this and with a bumper. Maybe they avoid driveways, I'm too lazy and annoyed to avoid them so I just deal with the scraping. Can't be good for the car, but the Stimulator likes it rough, bahaha.

I avoid driveways completely Levon. The only time I every go into a driveway is when I'm working on the car at a friends house (and I know I can clear the driveway) or I'm getting gas at the gas station by my house that I can get in and out of without destroying my bumper.

I think mag TE37's are pretty "Aggressive wheels" and if you look closely, those are actually "stretched tires" They're just stretched the other way around.

I think they fit in rather perfectly in this thread!

Isn't that the Buscher racing turbo setup on the Evo with the turbo mounted sideways? I think it's buscher that did it (i could be wrong) but from what i heard that change in position upped the HP ratings 30-40 more IIRC

as for the stance thing, I have no problem with stance. My problem is with stretched tires. It is very unsafe. and you wanting that look is fine if thats what you want, but you share the road with millions of other people, and if you want to make your car unsafe and more prone to the risk of a blowout which can cause accidents, then yeah...I have a problem with that. I know not everyone who stretches their tires will have a blowout or tire separation, but its a lot more likely to happen than if you just got tires that fit properly.

Not looking to start an argument, but people saying stretching tires is bad. So what about those that don't change their tires when they should? Or how about those that are speeding?

I've had three tires blow out/deflate on me because I've had low pressure, user error. Every single time I was on the freeway doing about 70 and I can tell you it's just like any other blowout, wheel hits the ground, car still rolling, pull over, change wheel. Only problem with cambered setups like mine, you'll more than likely get a bent wheel because of the weight more on one side of the wheel. $60 fix.

IMO, it's just as unsafe as the examples I've provided. Even with the amount of rubbing I was doing. Now if you're not rubbing or rubbing very little, these stretches for the most part are not crazy. Only a few people I know of that actually are doing some crazy stretching and that's when you need to be a little more cautious. Just constantly check tire pressure and wheels. Fill air when needed and flip tires a little before they need flipping. Most stanced out guys don't drive crazy. They actually drive properly. People just like to think stretching tires is dangerous because it's not common. If it were so dangerous, people wouldn't really be doing it. And if it was that dangerous, why is it done in say...drifting? When you got more power to the wheels, when you're tossing the car around like a toy and have greatly increase the chances of the tire coming off. You have a great chance of smacking the wall or some object than having a blowout.

The point to where I can't accept stretching tires is when it is not necessary, and when you can see the actual barrel. I had that at one point and it was stupid, and looked stupid. But I don't see that too often.

Makes sense. I figured most people would avoid it. I guess I'm just a *****-out (stupidity wise) type of person lol.
