I'm planning on putting my current rears as my fronts and replace the lips on my current fronts to be my new rears... Hope that make sense... So how bout 12.5 or 13 in the rear? and to save money I'll use spacers for the front fitment.

 

well you're looking at a 265/35 at LEAST in the front which will require a good amount of camber and fender pulling and for it not to hit the strut you need some seriously aggressive specs

The rears will be VERY close. I'm at 20x12 -8 and i have approx. 1/2-3/4" of clearance to my strut if i remember correctly(measured it alooong time ago) although you do have 19's so that will def help your case. I'm also around -4 camber i believe so obv. less camber=more inner clearance. I think you will be fine but will be close for sure. As fopr the front's not too sure but i'd have to guess it'd be pretty close to the same as the rear as far as clearance.
