As an exclusive photographer of Canibeat, I'll speak for the site. That looks like a very early Canibeat logo. More than likely we asked the photographer for permission to use the photo on the site, they said yes and we added our logo. We don't take images from the web and put a Canibeat logo on them without properly crediting the photog. This logo was before the name appeared below the Canibeat logo. During that timeframe photog credit was given in the text of the article. Now the majority of the Canibeat photos have a name underneath the logo as shown below.
