What consideration are they giving you for scratching the faces?

well i been fighting with them for the past couple of hours and am yet to have a definitive word as to what discount I'm getting

I cannot expresses enough how this has been the worst business transaction I have ever been in, heard of, or any of that

so let me sum it up

-was initially lied to as to how much the price would be of the lips then price went up
-no consideration in asking the company they haven't dealt with before if they do small items orders instead of bulk and eta (mind you several shops i spoke with have told me over the phone the eta of the lips right then and there)
-takes 7 weeks for wheel lips to be done
-told lips would be delivered to my house then argued over to come pick them up at the shop
-arguing over the scratched face which was blamed on 1. the shop who did the lips and 2. the old paint (even though I was assured the paint condition was still rather good so I chose not to get them powdercoated)
-was told I would have them tonight and upon asking what time I get an answer that even my 5 year old cousin wouldn't give me "I mean tonight tonight" all the while was at home arguing with me and I was 15 min from the shop (I would have picked up as a last resort)

basically i see it like this, i bought wheels in good condition and I'm having them returned to me in a worse condition than I bought, that is a no brainer

So the scratch turned out to be buffed out pretty well, good thing i didn't choose to get them powdercoated because the finish on them looks pretty damn good for used wheels

paid the money in full because I keep my word, however in the future I would not do business nor recommend others to do business with amateurs, plain and simple

for whoever wants to know who the company is, just pm me

in the meantime, teesur
