I'm looking at the T1S wheels right now and their website indicates that a 20" full reverse lip can go with offsets as low as -36 on an 11" wheel (145mm lip) for an O disk and -19 (same lip size) for an A disk.

A step lip 20" T1S with a 10.5 wheel can have a -50 offset (153mm lip) for O disk and -33 offset for A disk.

Is it on specific wheels or size of wheel?

A disk -33 (153mm)
O Disk -26 (153mm)
R Disk -50 (153mm)

thats for step lip

full reverse is a little less and can get you to 145mm, so either way 6" lip or a 5.7"
