then I get pulled over for "unsafe vehicle (suspension)"

Officer basically tells me he tailed me (for about 200 ft) and saw that my car didn't go up and down thus it looked like I had no suspension. Also that it is unsafe because if I'm driving fast and I hit a bump I might kill someone because the suspension won't absorb the bump
