i think you meant most sets you see that are step lips are equips that have been rebuilt.
most rebuilt sets are the regular flat lip, rebuilt with step lip is def. more rare.

if you re-lip w/ step lip 17 to 18 or 18 to 19 you have to step lip both the inner and outer correct? ive also heard step only the outer, and weld the inner, but i cant invision that in my head.

On a side note, can someone give me the best way to measure inner strut clearance (wheel to strut) I can't seem to find a good way to do so.
