Yea, you need to do both outer lip and rear barrel. Or else you would have a lopsided wheel that no tire could be mounted on, the bead would be a .5" too short on each side.
On a side note, can someone give me the best way to measure inner strut clearance (wheel to strut) I can't seem to find a good way to do so.
