I believe that clean and simple looks WAY better than a lot of what is out there now.

different strokes for different folks, everyone has their own opinion on things

clean and simple is a good and better look, thats why everyone is doing it. I've been on this thread from the beginning so whats out now I've seen and done years ago so I tend to get bored of it. I dont show my car so the rougher it look the better.

+1 chris lol

lunek wheels look dope, I'm not a big fan of the camber but I can appreciate the work, keep pushing the limits.

LOL. I think some people are missing the point of fitment. I can guarantee that at least 90% of the people jumping on the fitment train are doing it to one-up someone else.

And it's getting stupid. No offense, Lunek but I think that is about as ridiculous as a Cobalt with Corvette sawblades.

People aren't modding for themselves anymore. They're modding to get attention.

Please explain the point of fitment then.

What I don't understand is how a couple months ago everyone was going crazy about lunek setup but now since a couple of you guys have moved away from the aggressive scene it all the sudden became not "cool" anymore. Amirite?

I'm pretty sure lunek just stated he was modding for himself and he's always said that since day one lol, so I find it wierd that you say he's modding to get attention.

Let's face it we've all seen far worse oni cambered cars in this thread and from what I remember, the general census was "it's not for everyone." Seems like someones head gotta little big from his recent stardom.

The point of fitment was to get the outer edge of the wheel as close to the outer body line of the car (flush). Then came the added mild amounts of camber to get even closer fitment (which is fine). And then people tried "breaking the barrier" and now it's getting ridiculous.

I never thought the crazy stupid camber was attractive.

I never pointed Lunek out for being one of those to get attention. I just stated my opinion on the trend.

I can see how my comment may have been directed towards him, but the last statement was a generalized comment.
