Work's matte or gloss anodized bronze finishes are far superior IMO and wont cost you but 1 arm and not both LOL

Where would you buy pre anodized work lips? I'm sure it will cost all arms and legs. Throwing a translucent powder coat over chrome or polished lips will be WAY cheaper.

TGM you're probably better off buying aftermarket lips and using a tinted clear paint for your color. You'll get them a lot cheaper and they'll be easier to repair / match up if you ever get any rash.

By tinted clear paint - think of the paint mix you'd use for tinting tail lights, just substitute your color with a clear-diluted bronze, copper, pink, whatever...
