To me it does look rediculous. It is unsafe and looks like garbage. The michelin commercials always say "Because so much is riding on your tires". Aren't they right? You have a $35,000-$40,000 dollar car riding on your "stretched" tires. Why would you be willing to drive your expensive car on unsafe tires just for a look?
Less contact = less traction

Those things could barely fit. I had to cut my fenders twice, right up to the edge, then get a rear camber kit for more camber, but they still rubbed. After I adjusted the preloads on my coilovers, all the rubbing was gone! Well, no more 20" wheels for me, that's for sure. These belong on a G35, not a Z.
