I love diamond cut, but not with the next theme I'm going with.
So this looks awesome and there might be some flamage coming my way...but how would juan achieve this tire look on oem 19s? Meaning, what size tire would I have to run to get some tire lip like that going?

225/35 on a 19x10 - 1x bubble (passenger)

235/35 on 19x10.5 - 2x bubble (both driver and pass)

Never again.

You'd need to buy those tires on top of getting sizing right.

Those Advan A048s have a really nice looking sidewall when beefed up like that. Bad news for you, those A048s don't come in 19s.

There's a thread specifically for wheel/tire questions but you could put Toyo R888s in 235/35/19 on the front and a 265/35/19 for the rear. Keep in mind since they are comp tires, they start with less tread and have horrible life. Which is fine if your car is rarely driven. But for a daily, get a 2nd set of wheels and put the tires on those, and daily the OEMs on street tires.

Once I pickup a GTR, I'll be step lipping the LXZ's to 20" & doing something translucent on the face.

If they were still priced today like they were in 09 it would be new lol. They're 100K now unfortunately. I was in line to pick up a new one back in 09 but found a house to buy instead. Can't live in a GTR unfortunately.
