This is the point of inspection in some states--- to ensure that cars are safe, which is why they check your brakes, tires, suspension and steering, etc.

No matter how sweet they look, stretched tires would not pass PA inspection likely-- extremely dangerous mod.

were do you guys have all these inspections and how does cali not have them? i thought cali is the worst state when it comes to automotive rules
