Do you know how to do it?

You place it all over the wheel and slammed it on it multiple times moving a few more inches every drop.

i think you heat up the fenders then drop the car on the phone book multiple times like 4DGS said
but i dont know if you drop it quick or slowly? your rear still rubbing?

^ Slow, the wet phone book is going to be hard as hell so dropping it really fast will warp the fender and send a bend up the 1/4

Yea make sure you use a hell of a nice jack with a super slow release on the valve, also keep the whole fender warm so you don't crack the paint further down (where it's cold)

The wet phone book will be more dense than the dry one because it's holding all the water, also if you use warm water it's easier on the paint.

i assume the spine of the phone book goes towards the inside? my only confusion is the placement of the phone book that's it.

never heard of using a phone book to roll fenders, anyone got a DIY video or write up with pictures on how to do this?

Doesn't really matter, you're more so using the middle of the book on the fender.

The spine should not be perpendicular to the fender, that will dent the fender and you'll have a break down.
