actually the way i did it was drop it quickly so that way the impact is a lot greater on the fenders

the front fenders are VERY easy to work with

the idea is that once you have the car lowered back down off the jack the phonebook should be in between the tire and fender(the hardest part pointing out, the spine i think its called) also you want to have it pull the fenders MORE than what u need cus they will return to their original shape

for the rear a little more creativity is required

this is was i found worked

do same position as front but this time set your coilover dampers to softest, drop the car again, get in the trunk and bounce up and down... it sure cured the rubbing i was having

bada bing bada boom!

someone needs to YouTube DIY this phone book thing so I can see it in action. I have my rears cut paper thin, but my fronts are untouched.

Only thing I know to do with a phonebook is beat people without leaving marks and bruises which I learned from watching old cop movies
