lol, I thought it was just throw-up at first. I don't understand how your dog just sprayed it everywhere. One time my dog did it in the back seat because she was feeling sick, but it was just confined to one area.

 

^^ What happens is the dog wants to get away from the crap so it ends up running in it and running around the car getting it all over the place from its feet / body

I spilled some chinese peanut sauce on my seat once (looks pretty similar)..wasn't nearly as much as the crap you have but I used a toothpick and just pushed it into deeper into the little holes, afterwards I could barely tell it was there. Just don't push too hard or the holes are gonna get bigger. As for the smell...good luck with that!
