Ryan you could always take the leather off the padding I am sure to clean the foam and get the perferated leather clean

To clean the peforated hole. You need to use either pressure air or steam. Thats I take out the gulk out of mines. My friend threw up alot in the back seat. This was the only way for me to santize, clean and get much of the smell gone. Also he didn't clean it.

+1 you can take apart the seat.. the coverings come apart and the cushions come apart as well.. best of luck to you man..

LOL that took longer than I expected...
