My son did that in my bedroom one day. Shat, took off diaper, got it on his hands, freaked out and wiped it every FKN where. Luckily the silk sheets were spared. Somehow he got shat pellets on a 5'x8' area and all over the bathroom!

Oh god..
Somebody posted this on mr2.com. That is horrible.
I hope you use a strong antibacterial leather cleaner on that. Plastic bits could probably be cleaned with a combination of Hydrogen Peroxide and Vinegar, spray one on and then spray the other on after. Don't think that can be used on Leather but it is a super good germ killer and should remove the smell as well.

P.S. For those complaining about keeping a dog in the car and it being unsafe, they do make harnesses for dogs that work with your seat belts. Here is one.
