Haha j/k man. Sucks that that happened, but what's important is that you handled it great and it shows how much you love your dog. A lot of people would have beat the dog down and that's uncalled for. Good luck on the clean up.

Honestly, I am pretty sure those seats and the carpet will need to be replaced. The poop has likely soaked through to the foam padding in the seats. You are going to need to strip the interior down to the bear metal, and disinfect all the way to the metal, and the issolation mats.
Otherwise, I don't think the smell will ever go away.
