Cusco 6pt cage in a G35

maybe paint them????
the blue stands out so much on a willow interior. if you are doing it for show, than do it for SHOW.
You gotta make it work with the rest of the car. r u going for a blue/willow interior? what color will your seats be? harness bar come with Cusco cage? belts?
i think it might work, but will require more than just buying a cage and race seats.

Are you slowly turning your G into a race car, or auto x ? or show car ?
I would only do this if I had a lambo or a ferrari or something crazy like that, not a daily driven G.

Actually, he is more likely to be killed because of the "roll cage." Those are just some bars that you bolt into your car for looks. That "cage" is in no way functional, nor safe.
Race cars= Welded in at minimum 6pt cage, padded, wearing helmets, racing suits, FIA approved race seats, properly installed harnesses.
This is not a dis towards the OP, I just don't think it's very safe. But, at least you admit it's for show. I commend you for that, and not following the trend where everyone says it's for the track.

You need to be careful, aside from the fact that you can smash your head on it when you crash; I'm pretty sure that they are illegal for street use.
If a cop wants to be a ball buster, I'm sure there is something he can write you up for with that.

how was getting it in? I havent tried to install mine yet my fiance bought me one couple years ago. this cage can be made SCCA legal though I had talked to a welder who specialize in making cages for SCCA. He said it is doable.
